Menya Musashi Tsukemen Ramen - Seattle

They have a few vegan ramen options and I was happy with my meal we both went.

Cool place that has a fashionable Japanese feeling. great staff.

My food was decent, but it doesn't feel as if they looked at the taste of the whole plate, they give only one option with tofu. this is still a good choice if they have to eat with non-Vegans. updated by previous review on 2020-09-30

Glad we came here they have many vegan options to chose from. My spicy ramen was yummy and the broth was perfect.

Unhygienic and food didn’t taste good.This place is not clean, the chopsticks had dried food on them and the bowl was not even clean, it has dried/stale soup marks. pictures attached).The takoyaki was overdone/overcooked.The tsukemen sauce was served cold at first and then it was too salty.The mazemen was bland.You should go for Ramen Danbo instead no I am not sponsored by them :D)
