Miller's Guild - Seattle

We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant on their opening night and it was fantastic! I ordered the half rack of ribs and they were tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The brussel sprouts were a standout dish with the addition of hazelnuts, which was unexpected and refreshing. I can't wait to come back and try their steak next time!

The brunch was absolutely incredible! The food was top quality and we ordered the 2-person mimosa which came with a full bottle of prosecco - so tasty! The waiter was very attentive and even brought us extra juice. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be returning!

I wish I could give them 6 stars, we had a five-course dinner here last night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Everything was excellent, from the service to the presentation and the food. It was a memorable night. The chef and the staff were amazing and all the dishes were delicious. I loved watching them cook as they prepared our meal. The flames danced, sparks flew, and the aromas filled the air. I didn't take pictures of everything, so I regret it now. I have had many meals over the years, but this was by far the best I have had in the USA. If you haven't dined at Miller's Guild, you should add it to your "to do" list. You won't regret it. We will definitely be returning, and I am grateful that Seattle is just a 20-minute car ride away.

Absolutely the best meal we had on our last trip to seattle. the personal is wonderful and perfect. that was spectacular. the best steak I ever had in my life. old fashion was on top! Brussels shoots were devine. the sauces they use are really special. highly recommended!

We walked in at lunch (12:15ish) and the host asked if we had reservations. We didn't, so they put us at the fire bar giving us a front row seat watching the open fire grill masters. Wow! The atmosphere was great. The food and service was excellent. The fried brussel sprouts were amazing, as was the Burger. Highly recommended establishment.
