So the machine where tipping starts at 18% is actually 23% (rip off)For mediocre food, do not recommend this location.
The food and service are so great that i didn’t even mind when they added the an extra 5% service charge. i understand that changing all the signs and prices can be taxing and it’ll probably end up costing me as the consumer more in the long run. i also appreciate the transparency of it being on the screen right in front as my items are rung up. shout out to felicia for the great service!!
The food and service are great but they silently charge some service charge, coming somewhere in small print durning checkout. There is no notice on their menu. That might be legal but surely unethical. Smells like I was fooled. Just bump your prices that 5% and get over 9.99, you'll be honest at least. Very sad
Decent pastry on the pie, and great Mac and cheese filling. However, Mac and cheese does not belong inside this pie crust! It was was too heavy, and the flavors conflicted each other, rather than complimenting each other. They would do better with a ale mushroom or curry vegetable filling, which needs the fat and carbs of the pie crust. Also this was the only vegetarian option! I get that it has meat in the name, however in the UK most pie shops have a decent vegan or vegetarian curry pie.
The Guinness Beef Stew Pie was really good. Service was fast and friendly.Food: 4/5
