The second time, we went on a Sunday evening at 5:30 pm and put our name down on the waitlist. We were seated by 6:00 pm. They operate on a first come, first serve basis, so be prepared to wait or come during less busy times. As for the ramen, it is definitely worth the wait. I ordered the standard vegan miso rekka ramen with medium spiciness and it was absolutely delicious. The flavorful broth, firm noodles, scallions, and fried tofu all come together perfectly in a comforting bowl. The staff was also great, although the food did take some time to arrive due to the restaurant being busy with online orders.
This is hands down the best ramen I have ever had! The variety of spice levels is incredible, with so many options to choose from. It's also a fantastic spot for delicious vegan dishes. The pan-fried vegan gyoza was absolutely delicious and served piping hot and fresh.
This restaurant serves some of the best ramen I have ever tasted! They offer a variety of delicious vegan options as well. Be prepared for a wait as they do not take reservations and the restaurant is very popular.
This is a top notch Ramen spot in Fremont. The broth was so flavorful, the spice was there, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. You'll want to put your name on the yelp waitlist at least 45 minutes to an hour ahead of time if you go during busytimes like dinner or on the weekends. Service was so fast and attentive. Love it
Nothing like good ramen to warm up to on a chilly Seattle afternoon. We knew this place has wait times over an hour so we signed up on the waitlist on yelp. The interiors are simple and unassuming, mostly wooden tables and chairs. We had the Yaki Gyoza tostart with which was tender and buttery. Then we ordered the Negi Gome Rekka Ramen and the Classic Chashumen. The rekka ramenhad a spicy bite to it while the chashumen was more on the creamier side. Both ramen bowls were really delicious and the braisedpork was fresh and juicy. Highly recommended for ramen lovers in Seattle !
