Salare - Seattle

Salare is absolutely fabulous. From the beet shrub to the cavatelli with lamb bacon everything was fantastic

The food and our waitress were terrific! I need to visit this neighborhood gem more often

Was our first time at Salare. We sat at the chefs counter for their Valentines prixe fixe meal wwine pairings, was an incredibly tasty menu of courses with a fish add on option mid menu that was a great addition. The meal was well presented, staff was attentive but not intrusive. Atmosphere was comfortable, the layout of the restaurant space is nicely done. Would recommend the chefs counter so you can watch the prep, see the amount of teamwork it takes to put such a lovely meal together. They did a great job. We’ll certainly plan to visit Salare again in the future

Restaurant was severely overbooked and understaffed. We ended up being seated minutes after our original reservation with no apology or consolation from the hosts. Very bad first impression to have on Valentine's Day. All things aside, food and wine pairings were phenomenal

Food was outstanding but unfortunately the service was so bad that we will not be returning
