Samurai's downtown location is the best. Every single time I go I get that Rich porky broth with slices of pork that fall apart. I have yet to have better ramen in Seattle. Do yourself a favor and just go. Make sure to get tonkotsu ramen.

It's tiny and the seats are really stools with no backs. All the tables are two-tops. The server was friendly and prompt. My dish came out quickly. I had the Tampopo Shouyu Ramen. The chicken broth was thin and not as flavorful as I would have wanted; it was also tepid. The broth was not fully seasoned. The ramen noodles were just okay. The pork slice was very lean and over-cooked. The soft-boiled egg was the only redeeming feature. If you want good ramen, go elsewhere.
