Thai-u-up - Seattle

Food arrived quick and it's was still hot. However I had no utensils to eat with. The rice was not fresh rice for the day, the chicken have no garlic flavor. Just dry chillie pepper . Order did not come with items as describe on menu.

The tom kha soup wasn't even coconut milk based and was sour and the thai tea was mainly ice barely any tea sorry but this was my first time trying this place out and will be my last.

Ordered #2 spicy Pad Thai and it had absolutely no spice at all. Flavoring was also very bland and for some reason it came with rice. I asked for some extra crushed peanuts in my order and they didnt add any. Vegetarian Spring Rolls were definitely better. Just a little mushy on the inside. Better options out there

Veggies that were present seemed fresh. But paid extra for extra veggies and there were barely a normal amout. Flavor was weird, off, lacking, and no spice despite order a 5 out of 5 spice level.

I have been going to this Thai restaurant for years and it has always been consistent and delicious. However, something has changed recently. I ordered my usual noodle dish and it seemed to be lacking flavor and was a different color than usual. I thought maybe they forgot the sauce, so I contacted them on Facebook to mention it, in case they were training new staff. I was disappointed with the response, which was only "Thanks for your feedback." I gave it another try, but had the same experience - the dishes were lacking flavor and the chicken satay was burnt and dry. It's a total bummer, as it used to be so good.
