The Nest Rooftop - Seattle

PSA: The whole point here is the open air and they brought this down with the tempo plastic roof! Do not come here for another month until they take the plastic roof down and you can see the view again. Hummus is good, but Pita is dry! The old-fashioned drink and the sofas are the reason to go! Eva at the reception was fab to make us comfortable.

Excellent rooftop bar and restaurant with magnificent views of downtown Seattle and excellent service. You have a small intimate bar and a larger terrace with tables and couches (closed with a transparent plastic carpet for colder months, so you can still get great views of the city in winter). I stopped there for drinks and food and both were very good. The server (I think Lexi was her name delivered great service and I think she said they offer 10 percent of your bill when you go on your birthday). The restaurant had a cool relaxed atmosphere with magnificent views and is located at the top of the Thompson Hotel in downtown.

The nest is a great place to get a drink. It is located on the top floor of Thompson Hotel just a block from Pike's Place. We went in and took a place at the bar. I got the Moon Lake Minze infused gin, lemon, cream de violette, soda, the refreshing and exactly what I wanted. My husband got the Lil' Cobra altos reposado tequila, glenmorangie 10yr, laphroig, demerara, lavender bitter and lemon he loved. He likes his cocktails spirit with less sugar and this drink delivered. Overall, I think this is a nice bar, the view is nice when looking outside or through a window, but I wasn't a fan of wrinkly plastic cover they had. It really took away from the beautiful mood of the bar and disturbed the main view.

I made a reservation for my friends and I, with each person coming to $5/pp. The nest is located in Thompson Hotel near Pike 's Place. For the view and the Vibes, I thought it was worth it. The service was also great as the staff were super friendly and warm, and we had ourselves in the outdoor terrace, which had a great view and comfortable outdoor sofas for sitting. Espresso Martini, 5/5: This was the only drink I got in our visit, but it was super well done, it really tasted good, as there was not much of a bad alcohol taste. The coffee extract gave him a beautiful, richer coffee aroma and the higher quality (use of air notes, such as Hennessy and Grey Goose are expensive alcohol not necessarily means higher quality) make the cocktail worth the price. I recommend getting this drink if you're looking for something casual, not excessively strong, and good tasting. Judgment: Overall, the nest is a great place for a trip with your friends and becomes my Go-to-Dach bar when I visit guests in Seattle!

Ended up getting a reservation at The Nest for happy hour and was seated at the nice couch area right when we arrived now that's service!Menus got some great spirits, and while they do add a bit of ice, it's well worth your while.
