Rather a hole in the wall. You need to negotiate small set of stairs to reach the small dining room. The flavor and freshness of the food draws a regular stream of locals. Curry esp good.
Yeti bar is a new upstairs addition to the popular Annapurna restaurant on Capitol Hill. It seems to be trafficked mostly by dinner goers who are waiting for their table at the basement Annapurna dining room. The bar is warm, cozy, and dimly lit with nice wooden accents and a view of Broadway avenue out the front windows. Funky Indian videos play on the TV screens at a lowish volume that allows for conversation.
Truthfully this place is just a place I come to when Annapurna Cafe restaurant part of the Yeti bar is too busy for seats. You get the best of both worlds: the lychee martini and the amazing appetizers!! I would recommend getting in order from my favorites 1.tensing chicken momo 2.kakro ra nun khursani 3.lamb crispy rolls The lychee martini is the must get drink.
Really great food for veggies and meat lovers... Good service, but very long waiting times after we ordered... And maybe it's just me from Germany , but you should really NOT order the Tajmahal Lager Beer ...
