Pareidolia Brewing Company - Sebastian

Good food stinky smell, i got a hot dog and it was great 8/10 but the smell from the beer is not great, service was awesome.

Off of US1 in Sebastian, it's really not that far off of the road... The brewery from the outside is visually appealing, maybe even stunning though small, it is beautifully architected and has a nice beach theme (without being tacky) that I have ever seen. Inside it has a nice lite, mood lighting, and this place it as beautiful on the inside as it out. The vibe was spot on with plenty of jawing with the bartenders and a couple of the locals, who were very helpful on what to pair the free tiramisu piece of cake we were given the moment we bellied up. Of all thee places we visited during out tour, this one is worthy of a return trip...

Loved this place. Got to meet the owners and they gave us a personal tour. The beer was very good and enjoyed the layout.

Awesome beer! Love the zip code but they have anything to suit your fancy. Great food and friendly atmosphere. Live music something for everyone.

Experience was terrible. Waited over an hour and a half for food. Only 50% of the seats in the restaurant were occupied. Only explanation was the kitchen was backed up but no one mentioned that when we first arrived. No compensation on the bill. Only minimal apology. Manager/owner guy seemed completely oblivious and didn't care. Won't go back.
