Screamin' Mimi's Ice Cream - Sebastopol

So an amazing place to get a sweet treat. Whenever I get dinner near walking here and my favorite order is a tradition. The whole ice is so good and creamy. They also make waffle cones in the house that are fresh and crispy. Definitely a place to stop by.

My wife and I had an amazing day in the area with friends and met the local ice shop to finish our evening. The place was busy, but then we remembered it was Saturday. The line went fast and the turnarounds were very reasonable for the volume of people. My Brownie Sundae with Fudge was on site. My wife and I are from the east coast and it was our last time in CA. You could say that this place was good by the crowd of locals in the line. Always a good sign. We'd come back if we came back.

I chose the fresh local strawberry and local raspberry sorbet. Both were fantastic and I was very excited to see them with fresh and local ingredients. My girlfriend got the mud of Mimi and also enjoyed it thoroughly.

A Sebastopol institution, Screamin Mimi's has everything super tasty handmade ice cream, attentive friendly staff and a convenient location next to the city center. A favorite of locals and tourists alike, the line can grow the block even on cold days down, but it moves fast and you can order some items before (see Express articles in Review-Pics) if you are in a hurry. Enjoy your waffle cone, split, sando or sorbet at their al fresco tables or at the adjacent place. Yum!

The vegan options were fantastic! I got a small green tea sorbet which was super creamy. I have no shame in saying I got back in line to get another small cup! For my second cup, I opted for the chocolate sorbet and raspberry sorbet. So fresh and deliciously creamy. I definitely was not missing the dairy!
