Wow closed for the movie set no sign no nothing no time for reopening- closed for the duration?!?Shame shame shame

Avocado toast hits you with an intense vinegar smell, then an absolute lack of any seasoning even just basic salt. It really could do with some improvement and removal of the soggy rotting bits of arugula… it should be re worked entirely as a recipe. The only plus side being that the amount of avocado wasn’t too thin. That was nice.Sitting upstairs involves consistently smelling all the food you didn’t order, overwhelmed by what smells like burnt pizza to be honest. It’s literally just a cloud of burnt pizza smell upstairs. And some dude who smells like a greasy leather hat.

Very nice coffee shop at The Barlow. Friendly service, premium coffee specialties. Recommended.

Coffee here is really good , but the staff is incredibly distracted …Ordered a breakfast sandwich, waited , then they called me to tell me they didn’t have ham , then they changed it to the avocado toast , which I said it was perfect , then waited , they called me again to tell me that they “found “ some ham , im like hmm I think I will stay with the avocado toast ..waited again , they called me AGAIN, with the wrong order …The fact the a customer has to wait for such long time , and continuing to get wrong everything, it’s just unsettling.

One star simply because the coffee was extremely bitter and had to be softened with sugar and cream.Same goat rock I make at home that tastes wonderful there, so had to be grind or some other prep issue.Venue is pleasant.Service was very slow with no line.
