Baskin-robbins - Secaucus

Very unclean Dunkin! Napkins thrown everywhere and sugar packets open on the floor. I stopped with my kids to get them some ice cream and they had music playing with profanity on extremely loud. Not a child friendly location.

Ordered a birthday cake online to pick up in this store. I changed my mind about the design and gave them a call. The young girl that picked up was very sweet and called the manager and called me right back saying the owner will confirm with me the next day that if it's possible or not. The owner called and it was! Super happy with the customer service and the cake was beautiful and delicious.

The crews here are awesome and very approachable, I love their foods also so yummy!

I normally don't get ice creams here so I normally go for the Dunkin part and get donuts and coffee.

Deleted my review? I’m back ? ! Save your time, they NEVER have cookies cream ice cream. It’s always the same chick who says it, too in the most sarcastic “I’m sorry, we don’t have cookies cream.” It is a popular flavor, ask your management to order more. I used to be a manager when I saw a flavor is easily sold out, as a good employee I would request more of what my customers want. Stop giving these jobs to CHILDREN.
