South Burger - Sector 4

Sunday, 20. November 2022 at 16:08 I ordered two hamburgers and two portions of potatoes from South Burger Cotroceni, Bucharest. When I was called for confirmation, I received a delivery time of 80 minutes because they are very busy. I understand the weather is unfavourable, rainy. After 90 minutes I called again to ask for the status of the order, I was told that it would go right away. After another 40 minutes I called and told the same thing again that it was ready and that it would go right away. 2 and half an hour after the order, I still did not succeed in receiving my desired order and eating me. After I finished cooking, I called the order and said it was on my way. I tried to tell them how cold it is, but they assured me that I would get the hot food as I ordered it. More than 3 hours after the order, my food naturally arrived cold and very bad. I called to solve the problem and everything I got was a 30% discount on the next order. I find it unbelievable how this can happen as the staff is not prepared and is fun to the customer!

They are in top 5 burgers in Bucharest. I’ve eaten the south burger which was pretty good. would be better to be more fries.

It is a beautiful place, with delicious burgers, steaks, delicious deserts and cold drinks. The employees are friendly and gentile.

I ordered 4 burgers in the foodpanda application, knowing from previous orders that the burger is coming with sauces, I applied the normal order. when they got the order, what to see, they came without sauces. I tried to call them to ask them what happened ??? logically ... their answer was: if you made the order with us came with sauces, for some time for the orders made by foidpanda the burger come without sauces. Ok !!! my question was, If I knew this thing, I did not write anywhere. and their response was very professional : If you have recently made orders to us through the foodpanda you know wtf ... and so it was my pleasure to enjoy a full menu.
