Consistently excellent and always fresh! I absolutely love my sandwich stacked with veggies and a hearty meat salad on bread!
I was looking forward to using the new touch screen to make ordering at the drive-thru easier. Unfortunately, the screen wasn't functioning properly. I had to tap the "continue" button and other options around 20 times before it finally responded. I almost gave up and drove off. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect when I got home. It seems the new system isn't working well on their side either. I'm really disappointed.
It says they close at 10, but don?t be fooled they close before that, even on a Saturday night ???????? bad deal. Wouldn?t even do to sell a bowl of soup at 9:51.
However, I was informed that I could not be served and was directed to the drive-thru instead, even though the lobby was still open until 8. I pointed out that it wasn't 8 yet, but the employee simply said sorry. Really? You want me to leave and go back to my car just to use the drive-thru? I was right there in front of you, and there were other customers in the lobby as well. It would have been so simple to just make my sandwich and let me go on my way. I understand that finding good help can be challenging, but it seems like customer service no longer matters. To any owner or manager reading this, I want to note that it was a girl and a guy working, and it was the girl who turned me away. I don’t want to give a 1-star rating because I genuinely love Subway, but being denied service when it was clearly within operating hours is frustrating.
