They are a large establishment, so as long as people are buying, they don't focus too much on the occasional mistake. I don't come here often, but I have never had a bad meal or encountered any issues with my order. Tonight, I had some difficulty due to a misunderstanding, but after speaking slowly and patiently, my order was corrected. I recommend that they pay attention to instances where customers may have received the wrong order. There is a screen where customers can review their order before paying, which only takes a minute. It's understandable that mistakes happen in a busy place.

I love McDonald's, which always brings me back. However, they now check their orders before leaving to prevent mistakes. In the past, my order has been incorrect a few times due to missing items, but they are making an effort to improve. The lines can be quite long at random times, so there is never really a quiet moment.

Hello, I want to open a complaint against bridgwater mcdonald, because I paid for a sprite drink, but they put water in the pipeline. I took away it tried to call their number several times, no one answered so shameful and dissapointed service. I will. photo, with reception and water.

Really bad experience. long wait for order, very bolshy “manager” (late) when I went to find out where my food was. I asked her name for a complaining and she told me quite aggressively that there is no point in complaining, as there is one. "family restaurant and not a mcdonalds." When we finally got our food, it was quite cold, there was no sirup or ice in the drinks, no straw and no dips for one of the cheeses. I complained online, but got a form letter answer not what I would expect from a local “family restaurant”

I used the drive-thru and waited for 5 to 10 minutes as it was busy. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, medium fries, and cheese dippers with dipping sauce. The double cheeseburgers were barely warm and of poor quality, I would rate them 1 out of 10. I did not receive the fries I ordered, and the cheese dippers came with a non-descript sauce. I paid around £6.50 for the meal but felt like I only received about £2 worth of food. I considered returning the order, but did not want to wait again after already waiting to be served. I live only a 4-minute drive away but I will never use this restaurant again.
