Feedback gevenSadly, Sedona?s chipotle is having serious problems maintaining staff and keeping hours up to date online (for months), and even when open, they are always out of key menu items (like chips or chicken). I?ve been patient the first few times I?ve encountered a sign like this on the door but today was the fourth time it?s happened and I?ve now wasted a lot of time stopping here to find it closed (when online hours say open) without any indication of opening time. It would be nice if the franchise owner scaled back hours while short staffed so customers stop wasting time visiting to be turned away. Also, this should be a signal to the city of Sedona that affordable housing and zoning changes need to happen quickly.
Worst Chipotle experience I?ve ever had. There was food everywhere and it looked like it hadn?t been cleaned all day. There were no trash cans so the trash kept piling up on the tray counter. They ran out of chips and guac. Certain toppings were missing from my order. Restroom was in bad shape too with no toilet paper. Understand that the restaurant could?ve been short-staffed but management should never allow it to get this bad. It only takes a few minutes to sweep the floors and clean the tables. My review is just another one of the several poor reviews for this place recently?I hope management will see these in aggregate and finally take action so that future customers can have a better experience here.
The worst Chipotle location period, they were out of a lot ingredients, even tortillas? ! Unbelievable, I feel bad for the employees ???? my respects, they did their best, terrible management, the excuse , ? unforeseen circumstances ? I don?t know how to make inventories and order enough, Smh
I usually love Chipotle but this location disappoints me. It's dusty and dirty! The glass counter in the area where you place your order was gross. The prep area behind the counter was full of food scraps and just looked messy. The food was cold and there was hardly any chicken on either burrito that we ordered. I'm a local here in Sedona and wish I could eat at this Chipotle more often, but they need to observe better sanitation procedures before I'll go back....
I usually love Chipotle. This one was so dirty. Not a single clean table, food on floor. The watermelon/lemonade was empty--I mentioned it to the guy at the register, and I sat down to start eating. Once I noticed the drinks filled, I walked over to fill my cup and saw moth-type bugs floating in both flavors of drinks. I'm pretty sure there are lids to those containers, but neither were covered. Those moth-type bugs were all in the windows and one was on the seat beside me. Trash cans were overflowing. We went in during lunch time, so I understand it was busy, but there were definitely lulls in the activity. There sure seemed like enough time to empty the trash, or wipe the tables. Food still tasted good, but once we saw the bugs in the drinks we really lost our appetite. Bummer all the way around.
