Etch Kitchen At L’auberge De Sedona

We arrived to find that our reservation was not on record, despite having made it a month in advance. The prices were high, but the portion sizes were small and the menu had limited options.

Nick was an outstanding server. Our meals and cocktails were exceptional. The dessert, goat cheesecake, was amazing. Everything was excellent from start to finish.

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever encountered here. The food was of extremely poor quality, and the service was terrible as well. If they want to be recognized as a fine dining establishment in Sedona, they really need to revamp everything about the place, especially considering the prices they charge. Any other meal we've had on the property was not only far superior but also much more reasonably priced.

This was the perfect lunch. The rainbow trout was prepared to perfection. Nice wine selection. Joviani, our server, was very professional and accommodating . The octopus was lovely too.
