Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill - Sedona

Went here for our Valentines day dinner. The Atmosphere is wonderful and wait staff excellent and very attentive. The empanadas were very good. However, my girlfriend said the rack of lamb was amazing. To top it off the chocolate cake was 'Oh My God ' It was a great meal and experience.

Fantastic experience. Will dine here again. Food was very good and authentically crafted. Personal favorite was the octopus off the appetizer menu. Cocktails were notably delicious and unique special props to mixologists involved. Wine selection is appropriate. This restaurant is ideal for a date night or special evening. Estimate about $40 $80 per person for full meal and drink or two. Not ideal for small children but surely the staff is able to accommodate parties of any size and age. Enclosed outdoor seating is available, as seen in photo. Staff are wearing face masks and respecting social distancing guidelines. Premises are clean. Restaurant is reservation only. Had a difficult time reserving a table by phone due to long hold times but was thankfully able to secure some seats in the bar area which is very nice for a small group or couple. This restaurant closes later than most in the area, making it an ideal dinner choice for those who eat later. Server and management were excellent. It was very evident that the management and entire team operate a smooth communication system that keeps visitors happy and tended to promptly.

We absolutely had the best time with Stephen and Christina!! The restaurant was absolutely beautiful. Our servers did an amazing job of giving us recommendations for drinks, dinner, and desserts and everything was delicious. Stephen even ran outside in the snow to return my scarf. Both of our waitstaff were funny, personable, and super helpful. Well definitely be returning soon.

Beautiful place that we went to for my wife’s birthday. I was caught off guard by their stipulation for ordering your whole meal from the beginning(appetizers, drinks, and main courses) but it worked out in the end as our orders came out fluidly. I appreciated everyone’s exceptional recommendations for we ate like a king and queen that night. Well worth the price.

My husband and I got to come here for our honeymoon dinner and we were blown away. The customer service here is impeccable. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff did an amazing job of making us feel welcomed. The food was amazing, and they gave us a free champagne toast and dessert since we were celebrating. The dining area was beautiful and the view was incredible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
