Moose River And Grill - Seeley Lake

When I think dive, this comes pretty close. Great food, good service, dirty and grimy walls and bathroom with cardboard boxes laying on tables. I think they need to hire more help here. But the food is super fresh and most of it is homemade including the fries, soups, beer battered fish, burgers, etc. Chips and fish, burgers, and salads are my favorite. But what you have to try is the Crab and Clam Chowder on Friday. Non-traditional, cream based New England style with lots of dill and a spicy kick to it. Although, it's imitation crab, it's the most amazing stuff you could ever eat. I can't quit eating it!

The food was almost as bad as the service. I asked repeatedly what was fresh, and not from a bag. The waitress insisted that the moose chips were fresh. I'm pretty convinced after how gross they were that they were from a bag. They were cold and tasted like old grease. We waited an hour for our food. It was very disappointing. I don't imagine I'll be this way again but if I am, I'll certainly pass by and not return.

Excellent burgers! After a long day of hiking a burger and fries sounds pretty amazing, and I wasn't disappointed. I had the angry moose... burger w jalapeños, pepper jack and sautéed onions w sweet potatoes fries. They also have a cute like deck outback overlooking the pond and the drink of the week is huckleberry champagne... of which I had 2! So wonderful! What a great little spot!

Such a surprise! They take pride in quality ingredients, fresh food, and great cooking. The burgers, sweet potato fries, chicken strips, and grilled cheese were DELICIOUS. The beer, service, and view were also fantastic! Don't mind the modest interior design and look. This place is a hidden gem.

Haven't been here for at least 2 ? Years . Husband had a burger I had a patty melt Both meals were very good. No complaints in anything
