Another night, another fabulous experience. 5 meals of restaurant quality, freshly cooked to order, piping hot and ready at the time requested.

Poor service poorer response .. great food shame ! Waited inordinate time whilst business was quiet . Needed prompting to help .

Ordered at 6:30, and 8:15 still no order. We rang at 7:30 as we waited an hour and were told it just left the store, rang back at 8:00 being told it had only just left, so they have a habit of lying and deceiving their customers. My partner is a type 1 diabetic and had calculated his insulin and took what was needed for when food said would arrive, this led him to have very low blood sugar due to insulin injection and no food going in for it to be used. Never coming here again. Using their timings, if you wanted dinner for 7pm, I recommend either ordering the night before or 3 pm in the afternoon! For a Wednesday night, it should not be a 2-hour wait for just 2 pizzas. Disgusting service, who lie through their teeth!

I have been using Pizza and Co for over 10 years and up to now the food has always been outstanding. Last Friday I ordered the usual two pizzas we regularly order. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I found the food was way below the usual high standard that I had expected. The cheese tasted like cheddar instead of mozzarella and was covered in a strange herb that we had never experienced before. To be brutally honest it tasted disgusting and I could only eat one slice. I can only wonder that because of Lockdown, maybe the high quality of ingredients were in short supply and lower quality alternatives had to be used.
