Feedback gevenVery disappointed subs were incorrectly made missing items ,dry bread underwhelming by a mile. First walked in to pick up online order to find out it was not ready or started , employee claims system went down as we were standing there talking the printer for orders was dropping receipts to the floor. 30 minute wait for two subs only to get home to see what horrible subs I received.
This place goes through staff like a hot knife through butter. No one ever looks happy, they look like the owner is sitting watching every move they make.
I bought a 6 Monster sub, chips and a small drink that should have totalled $12, looked at my account today, they charged me $16.If the register had displayed that amount, I would have questioned it right then, are they adding in there own tips?Like it was mentioned b4, I had to wait for a call in order from the lady in front of me (which was not ready), two boxes of sandwiches total, b4 they started mine, the lady running the register seemed confused, and asked me twice what my order was.
