Feedback gevenWhen fresh is requested then please deliver fresh. Hot held chicken breast past it's prime and onion rings over cooked, not a thrill that invites me to want to come back. Service was lacking in the maturity department as it seemed like it was operatedby a bunch of children. Lobby was clean and the view was nice.
This whataburger is so busy and has good food but needs a upgrading. It's so small in there. Customers and employees deserve a bigger restaurant and more room. I'm sure there's a way to expand. There a empty lot right next door to the bank
Waited 27 minutes in line with only 3 cars in front if me at 1130. Got my burger and fries at 11:57 and it's ice cold. Don't get trapped in that line. They don't have a way of dealing with large orders at the drive through, so they don't. They justmake you wait. Cold burgers and fries suck. They serve it cold. This franchise is a disgrace to Whataburger.
The guy in the drive thru had a very unfriendly attitude, he was very rude, horrible customer service, he kept dropping all the boxes of food out of the bag and getting mad and finally got a bigger bag and said nothing but handed it mad, the french frieswere old and cold and chicken tenders were cold too, my gravy was almost empty I will not return here. This was my first time tocome to this one. I like the other wataburger on 46 they have great customer service and food is hot and fresh.
I don't understand why a manager had to be extremely, annoyed with me in particular, rude and intimidating when informing me that the customer had already picked up her order... when all I was trying to do was my job to pick up an order. if it hadalready been picked up that's literally all they had to tell me. I don't know what else has been going on throughout the day andI am an independent contractor who works on I-9 so I don't have any direct affiliation to the company. I am only a deliverydriver. She took it out on me like I was the reason why there was no favor drivers around at 1:00 p.m. Kindly tell the deliverydriver that the customer had already picked up the food, it is not the delivery driver's fault the favors that we are assignedare at random we don't have any ability to pick and choose what we get sent to our app. And directly refusing to help resolvethe situation so it doesn't happen again is ridiculous. If you are the manager of an establishment that is having issues with athird party company that delivers your food then you should want the best experience possible. Don't take it out on the drivers.I don't take out my bad mood on you. You don't have to like what's happening, but it's not my fault, just be polite about it.
