Domaine de Cabasse - Séguret

This restaurant had the most beautiful setting sitting outside overlooking a vineyard!We all had the three course tasting menu.Everything was amazing, especially my fish entree.The wine from their vineyards was the best I've ever had!

This restaurant is on the road between the towns of sablet and seguret. It belongs to the chain of the logis the france. We'll be friendly and commonly received. We'll get a table on the terrace with eyes on the vines of the domain. We'll have a glass of champagne, which is fine but it's a gift of cardiac. The table is taken care of, she's taking it to the simple side. It's quiet down here. That's gonna be "boof d'aloyau and pavé sauce, please vin et garnis de lagumes." We'll have glass of red wine seguret from the domain. This is gonna be good and properly cooked without too many compliments. Not expecting a high-level hostile here, but for a quick bite, this is a good address. That shouldn't always be.

Disappointing! a unique basic meal for 52€, the service was poor, the waiters were mistaken several times and served us in the mess, the child dish was served alone while we waited for the entrance for 45min, the wine only after the second dish on our request, brief really disappointed I do not advise this restaurant the same for the nearby tables that received the same service.

We did not stay in the hotel but came for a dinner. Pros: The outdoor terrace is in a beautiful location, overlooking the vineyards and a glimpse of the old town of Séguret above you up on the hillside. The serving staff was attentive and kind. Cons: The food was nothing special and we were not impressed but any of the cuisine. I think there are restaurants with better food elsewhere.
