Called in to speak to the head chef regarding some food options and they told me no and hung up on me. Guess I'm going to dirty harrys

We dined in. Food was good owners seem to be more polite and pay more attention to the locals ,then the out of town vacationers.

Worst breakfast I have had in 20 years. Food was very low quality and not cooked properly. Served raw onions in an omlette and the home fries were just cut french fries. I can't understand why anyone would go here with so many options nearby. Staff was nice but damn that food is bad.

The food is good (especially the cream chipped beef), but after my experience this morning I will not be returning. I placed a take out order. When I went to pick it up they were busy as usual. I was told my total was $24.25, I gave her $30.25 and she gave me a $5 back. I wasn 't going to argue over $1 and figured maybe I had just heard my total incorrectly. Before handing me my bag the woman helping me picked up the phone to take an order. She pushed my bag at my across the counter actually drawing on my finger with her pen in the process. I get home and what 's in the bag isn 't my order. I head back over to the restuarant (live across the street) and the lady says with an attitude You took the wrong order, this is your order. Ma 'am I took the order you gave me, how about you say I 'm so sorry about that, here is your order instead of blaming me for taking the order you handed me. I did not walk in with an attitude, I didn 't even get a chance to say anything before you blamed me for your mistake.

Always a great breakfast here. Fresh and delicious! Make it a point to go every time we are at the beach!
