Lovely little cafe with short menu of fresh fare. The owner was welcoming and kind throughout. The St. John's toast (which came with a fresh side salad dressed with a tasty vingrette) and hummus plate were a welcome respite from heavy Turkish food. The seasonally available mulberry sorbet was heavenly and the seasonal fruit plate with strawberry, apricot, and loquat was tasty. All around a great lunch stop on your way to or from the Ephesus Museum or St. John's Basilica if you need a break from kebab, kofte, etc.
Great service, great food! Good talk and the best fried figs in town! Make a stop!
Lovely places with very good coffee and awesome humus. The owner is nice and really helpful, he speaks good English and German. I recommend. Side note: the bus station for Ephesus isn't far from here.
St John Cafe Shop is amazing cafe. Family run cafe. Prices are reasonable..Food and drinks are available...
