Carvel - Selden

The owners seem uninterested in providing good customer service. It feels like a hassle to place an order. The ice cream is tasty but the service is lacking.

I hardly ever write reviews but today I just had to! Walked into the store today looking for a cake for my sons 21st bday. I noticed they had a few but I needed a slightly bigger one. The owner came over and told me she could make one for me right then and there. My son loved his cake. Thanks for making this such a memorable birthday for him. Cake was perfect!!!

I always go to that carvel she has great ice cream .the workers there are really great there. Very friendly and always seeing if need help .The owner there is also very nice and very friendly there. She makes the best cakes

I went twice to Carvel today. The first time, was to inquire about the size and the price of the Cake. The young lady that was behind the counter was ever so nice and helpful to me giving me the information I needed. Later in the afternoon I went back to buy an Ice Cream Cake, for a young adult Male who's Birthday is today. The Man behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I Am A Happy Customer. And I will return soon.

The milkshakes at this restaurant are always too watery, with a ratio of about 3/4 milk and the rest ice cream, resulting in a diluted shake that no one wants. The staff is friendly, but that does not make up for consistently getting orders wrong. Please address this issue.
