Do yourselves a favor: Invest in a highlighter and highlight menu items on the receipt as they go in the bag, so you know when something is missing. You need a system. This has been going on for years with missingsomething from delivery orders. It?s awful. Every time I give a chance again, mistakes mistakes mistakes.
All tables were dirty, food and crumbs on floor, some seats dirty and torn. Dirty dishes piled up at garbage receptacles. Napkin dispensers empty. Service slow and soup not hot. Employees standing around talking joking. Will not return. This was on10/27/22 at 4:30.
Ordered 3 pick two meals at the drive through only to get home and find out they shorted me soup for one of the 3 meals. Not the first time I've encountered problems with the Selden Panera drive through. Please try harder to get things right at thedrive through window.
Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The sandwich was soft, almost soggy and you can see the unmelted layers of cheese inside. I?m pretty sure it?s usually made in a different bread as well. The soup was normal.
This location is clearly under poor management. We dined there Dishes were piled up,trash was overflowing and crumbs and food were on floor under tables. The floor by the drinks was sticky. This did not make for a nice dining experience. It's a shamebecause I do enjoy the food.
