Hafið Bláa With A View - Selfoss

We came across this beautiful family restaurant on the beach near Selfoss. Food, staff, service and location are all amazing. Worth a visit.

We had a great meal here the place was not super crowded, but the views of the water are amazing. Our fish and chips were great and the garlic butter and bread was great! We really liked it.

Great food with a beautiful view of the sea. Without the wind, the sun can warm you a lot and this restaurant was actually the only place in Iceland where we were too warm.

A great little hole in the wall! Not too far from the Lava Tunnel. They had an amazing, incomparable nut dust! The view of the ocean and the black sandy beach is absolutely wonderful. The unique building design is also appreciated.

Loved this place. My experience was amazing. Originally I just stopped to take photos of the Ölfusá bay, but then I got the idea to have a nice lunch here. Obviously I didn't have a reservation, but there were plenty of tables available, so I got one with a view of the ocean. I immediately got bread and that dreamy butter as appetizers, and the main dish came also quickly. It was as delicious as the previous one. The staff was kind and helpful. I will definitely return.
