Wirtshaus Zur Grabachern - Selzach

Located on the edge of Selzach, Zur Grabachern is a typical countryside Gasthaus in which you can either have a full meal or just enjoy a couple of drinks. Overall, the staff is friendly and professional; however, from time to time, it seemed slightly rushed and unattentive (the restaurant was full). I visited on Easter Sunday and chose the three-course Easter menu for CHF55. The starter tasted very good: asparagus salad, green leaves, asparagus soup, Parma ham on toast. As main course the calf steak served with asparagus was truly a highlight: the meat was tender, juicy and perfectly prepared. As dessert the strawberry tart was good but not exceptional. The bill remained at usual Swiss level.

Was taken here for dinner by a client. Service and food was fantastic. The building has lots of character and you are made very welcome.

Mussten trotz Reservation mit Kindern 1h auf den Salat warten. Die hälfte musste das essen nach 1.5h abbrechen mit den Kindern. Keine Wickelmöglichkeit. Kein Kindermenu. Essen war gut. Preis Leistung auch.

Grosser Parkplatz vorhanden. Mittagessen sehr fein und preiswert.
