Semaphore Fish and Chips

We have tried the other chip shop and still keep coming back to the Semaphore Fish and Chips shop as we prefer the taste of the food - not sure what different oil they may use but we find it isn't as oily as the others. Will keep coming back.

Just popped in to buy chips to have on beach with partner and some wine. Opened the bag and they were the most miserable chips we have seen in our lives! Tasteless and dehydrated. Thanks for stuffing up our visit to the beach. NEVER we will come back. Better shop across the road.

First visit to this business ... The queue said it all great fish and chips .. Took approx 20 minutes to get our orders well worth the wait .. Good selection of choices and prices are average .. We got a medium order of chips should got a small they are large serves

This shop has always had a great reputation and still has. There are some shops across the road now that are almost as good and some days better. They are always busy so be prepared to wait. If you don't want to wait and are in a hurry cross the street ...

The service was good, not overly friendly in body language but not rude nether the less. The chips and burger were cooked well and tasty and the price was reasonable for the quantity of food.
