Sweet Amber Brew Cafe - SEMAPHORE

This is such a fantastic little ‘brew cafe’. A really great selection of craft beers and good pizzas too! Staff always happy to make a recommendation based on what you already like. Good location too, right next to the cinema!

Such an amazing selection of beers both in bottles and on tap. Great variety of other drinks to tickle your fancy too- cider, wine and non-alcoholic options. We came here on a busy Saturday night- the place was packed and loud but we managed to score ourselves a very comfy spot on a couple of the couches. Ordered some food (the dips HELLO! which took its sweet time coming out but we weren't in a rush so didn't mind. The pizzas were perfectly laden with deliciousness- not too much so that it falls everywhere and makes the base soggy, not lacking so much that u feel like you're eating a base smeared in tomato paste. Service was great and friendly. Keen to get back and sample some more of those delicious beers!

A great range of beers and some made in-house. Very friendly staff and a cool beer garden. Wood oven pizzas have a nice crispy crust and are reasonably priced.

Quiet little place with some great beers on offer.....especially the ones they brew themselves available on tap.Decided to follow on with something to eat and ordered a couple of pizzas which were surprisingly simple, good and very fresh.This place I am sure will be rating it's socks off!

We were wandering along semaphore road on a sunny Sunday looking for somewhere to have a drink and a bit of something to eat. We happen upon sweet amber brew cafe and decide to have a quick look at the menu in the window. The menu is composed of charcuterie and cheese, house made dips and sandwiches, but really great sounding sandwiches, one of which was a Rueben and that is how we found ourselves sitting in the garden at the back sipping a few cold drinks and waiting for the Rueben. The garden is cute, with a few bench style tables with umbrellas. The drinks are local on tap and the fridge features constantly updating bottled drinks which change apparently reasonably often but there is a lot of choices.The rueben came out and we were sharing as we were planning a few more stops along our way. It was really nice, good amounts of meat, sauerkraut and cheese and was really nicely toasted. The meals coming out around us also looked and smelt fantastic, so we will definitely be back.
