Cold Stone Creamery - Seminole

This place may be ok in person, but don't order here through a delivery service because without you there to tell the employees what to do, they screw up the order nearly every time. Everything from wrong sizes, wrong flavors, ignored toppings... worst part is you still have to pay for the incorrect item.

First time there was amazing. The coffee lovers I got was full of flavor and cup was filled. I had it to go so had a lid. The ice cream hit the lid. Oh my!! Second time there was a different server. I ordered the same. Less additions and ice cream hardly reached top of cup. It was delicious, but there was so much less. How to avoid this in the future??

I love this ice cream but not in this store, it looks like newbies work here who don't know how to do it, every time something with service. In addition, the store does not work according to its schedule, it was written that the store is open from 12:00, we arrived at 1:00 p.m., we were invited to enter and wait a bit, since everything was not ready for service. We waited for a while, then I asked how long we had to wait, and the girl replied that the store would open at 2:00 p.m. It is not clear why we were not immediately told that we had to wait an hour? My house is next door to this store, I can walk, too bad they don't work here like they do at Cold Stone in Universal Studio in Orlando.

Store clean, ice cream great, servings are a good amount for price paid

I dined at this wonderful restaurant last night and was attended to by a young gentleman named Christopher. He was extremely helpful and guided me in making my selections. The ice cream was absolutely delightful, and he also assisted me in choosing a fantastic cake. I left very satisfied with my experience and would certainly recommend this place!
