Applebee's - Senatobia

A total of 4 tables were occupied and we waited over 20 minutes before anyone stopped by. Then was told by the manager on duty that she was being pulled in 20 different directions. We were there an hour before we got food, bacon was raw, cheese on the burger was ice cold. The only positive was the hostess was very polite. Everyone else spent time hanging out and gossiping, instead of taking care of the guests. I wish I could give negative stars.

When I walked in the sign says wait to be seated. I waited by the hostess desk for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, although there were employees coming and going. They are seriously understaffed and the staff that they do have are not trained properly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Management needs to be replaced with someone who knows how to run a bar and grill cause who you have gives your customers a negative experience

The establishment was not very clean. It’s unclear whether there’s a manager on duty. The windows, especially the front door, had sticky fingerprints all over them. The bar top was sticky and appeared to have been poorly cleaned. The floor was in a deplorable state. The food did not meet expectations and was below average. Furthermore, the service was nearly nonexistent. This was the worst Applebee's experience I've ever had. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch
