Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Seneca

This is ridiculous. Just ordered on doordash from this place spent $60 somthing dollars and they didn't make any of it right. And only gave us about 10 shrimps per person. When we ordered combos... I have pictures. Honestly wouldn't buy from this place definitely seem to rip people off. If I could I'd do stars but sadly I can not.It's outrageous.

The poor quality chicken, some were raw and others were reheated.

Went through the drive in and ordered, was told our order would be 5 minutes no problem. When we got to the window and after we paid, we were told it would be 17 minutes. Asked for a refund. Was only give the refund slip and not the original slip. Later discovered the refund was $5.85 short! Contacted Popeyes, they said the location was a franchise. No help obtaining a refund of overpayment.

Very good. Thighs were perfect. Potatoes and gravy great. The old reviews don’t reflect this restaurants current status.

Employees are always friendly and offer great service. The manager always goes out of her way to make sure the customers are taken care of.Parking: Lots of spaces for handicap
