Feedback gevenI visited the restaurant with a baseball team in the early afternoon on June 15, 2023, and noticed they were short-staffed. A young woman was working alongside a new older trainee. They collaborated effectively and provided good service as efficiently as possible. Both were courteous, considerate, and grateful for the customers' patience. The sandwiches were well-prepared, and we truly appreciated their effort. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this place again. Service: Dine-in

The food was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5 stars, particularly the Black Forest ham, which I highly recommend. The service was also commendable, with staff being attentive and efficient, deserving another 4 out of 5. The atmosphere, while not the main focus for takeout, was welcoming and pleasant, also rated 4 out of 5. One of the advantages of this place is the ample parking available, with plenty of spots and convenient free parking options. Overall, it's a great choice for a satisfying lunch on the go!
I hadn't visited Subway in a long time, and now I remember why! The prices have risen dramatically. The cost of a customized sandwich is comparable to grocery shopping for enough ingredients to make 3-4 similar sandwiches, or even going out for a nice steak dinner. The quality of the food is below what you can create at home with good ingredients. I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Subway in Seneca. There were only two types of bread available—when did that happen? The staff seemed rather careless, as they had to be reminded multiple times about our order when ringing it up. After struggling to find something I wanted from the limited options, which I know other Subways offer, the employee told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. Frustrated, I decided I'd rather skip it and just drive to Joplin to eat instead. I even overheard another customer telling his son that they would wait to eat somewhere else because the options here were so unappetizing. It's really disappointing—this place needs to improve on stocking the right products and training their employees better. Get it together!
