My waitress was awesome and so was the food!! Great atmosphere!!!!

It was good. The food was delicious. The service was a bit quirky but part of the show, Chef Fabio is very hands on and demands an excellent result. I'll go back.

So I used to work in this hotel that the restaurant is in. I had to work in this disgusting kitchen all the time. It was so nauseating that I called the Health Dept on two separate occasions. Not only am I shocked no one has been seriously injured from contaminated food, but the guy that owns it repeatedly ripped off his staff. I was told he would withhold commissions from banquets that were booked. If he felt it wasn 't worth his time he wouldn 't pay the booker. The man who would run his restaurant like this should be ashamed and apologize to his staff and customers. Save your money and just get food from down the street if you 're staying in this hotel.

I've eaten at Fabio's in Cortland and LOVED it; can't wait to try the new place here in town!!!

Had a dinner few weeks ago I think its Monday pasta was freshly made so the sauce the man behind of this knows what He's doing! I can say these are my best meal ever !!!! WELL DONE!
