This evening we went to eat at Prof Mangialardi's. Since my son goes to hotel school, I have wanted to try his dishes for a long time. Well.. I was satisfied with everything! From sliced tuna to lobster with vegetables; but the thing that struck me...and yet it may seem simpler, from the fornarina. A lightness, flavor and taste, the best I have ever eaten in years.
