O’tacos Sens

A horror: the waitress doesn't understand anything. They refuse to heat a little baby pot. The meals do not correspond to the orders: mayonnaise instead of ketchup, garnish with ice different from those ordered, in full flow of air... We came out cold and to crown everything, we were all sick! Run!

Throughout my life I had the opportunity to browse several restaurants of the chain, but this one was particularly horrible, due to the lack of listening to the servers that we mix our orders several times either on tacos or ice. After this superb experience (ironique several people from my surroundings present we were sick. dreadful restaurant whether on customer listening or on the freshness of the products in summary it is a vomit ...

We have eaten on 11/04/23 and disappointment. We were accustomed up to and no worries, but since then it was felt well that its gradient, for example, the wheat-sauce that no longer had any taste and many other very doubtful foods, until last night, or we were denied the meal on site at 9:40, while many other customers eat on site and their schedules indicate to be open until 22:30. And especially The hygiene and freshness of the products leaves to my opinion to be desired, for just 4 hours after eating their tacos we all fall sick Thanks to O'tacos sense of having intoxicated us, one thing and on us will no longer put their feet back home and I sincerely hope that health measures will be taken, so that our horrible experience will not happen to other people.

To escape from fleeing to Troyes or Montereau for a real O’Tacos... 1st experience I order a Tacos L (inhabited of the chain I ate in the 4 corners of France), I am used a M and the Boss tells me “we here make quality, the other tacos they put bcp of fries. We put more meat that’s why it looks smaller” 2nd experience, I order ice etc to taste it... we wait 10,15,20 minutes. I ask the lady or is my order because people who ordered after me have already left... she had forgotten us (I was with my 6-month-old wife and daughter who started starving so weeve etc) I ask to be refunded because I can no longer wait and SURPRISE ::: no refund !!!!! The lady at the crate calls the one who “knows” and the same answer. No refund therefore obliged to leave them money in exchange for a meal that I didn’t even want The worst O’Tacos where I put my feet. Never again I go back for anything

Quick service with amazing tacos Introduction of the terminal recently but beug at the order level (not displayed on the screen in the kitchen). We were served after 3 requests to the caisse hostess and 30 minutes later.... when we received our order, there were several items missing.
