Restaurant LaLola on Plaza España in Barcelona on the top platform of the Arena of Spain. The view from there is great! The place is good, they cook tasty, but very little (at least for us), that is why they have an OVER PRICED tag for food . At least they make it for me. Paella mix Large (double), they promised when I talking with the waiter (or manager) that it would be really DOUBLE. Bottom line: a large frying pan and rice on it was smeared in the thickness of one rice one layer, so even one hungry person would be problematic to gorge yourself from this huge frying pan, but we took one BIG one for two of us and we were assured that everything would be fine . They took 37€ for all this and it just looks like legalized robbery right on Barcelona 's main square. Small one (normal) Paella in this restaurant 18,5€. Inference: never take something Big or Double anywhere in restaurants! Always order better 2 small dishes of any: pizza, paella, potatoes, spaghetti... because staff of many places use restaurant visitors and fooling around on this topic VERY STRONGLY.

Great rooftop restaurant with fantastic views over the city. Friendly wait staff. Good menu and efficient service with reasonably priced tasty food.

We stopped in based on the reviews, but left feeling like we could’ve picked better on our last night in Barcelona. The service wasn’t that great. It took a while after being seated to get anyone’s attention to place our order. It was the same story when we wanted to wrap things up and get our bill. The food was just ok. My wife enjoyed her chicken and fries, but you can’t really mess that up. I ordered the paella with chicken. The chicken was pretty dry and the rice was a little hard. The presentation was great and initially overwhelming in a good way, but it missed the mark on preparation and taste. The sangrias were both good (red wine and the “cava” . I initially wanted a mixed drink, but they said they didn’t make mixed drinks. So, if you want a cocktail, you’ll need to pick another restaurant on the terrace.

Very delicious food and nice place to have expire of real Spanish food. The employees also nice and friendly , price also reasonable
