Le staff m'a indiqué 2 plats qui pouvaient être vegan mais ils ne comprennent rien au veganisme et ne parlent pas anglais. J'ai expliqué ni viande, ni poisson, j'ai dû préciser ni crustacés aussi. J'ai pris un plat avec des légumes et du riz, et j'ai retrouvé des morceaux de viande dans la sauce. Je l'ai signalé, la serveuse a juste haussé les épaules. Je pense que tout est mélangé... Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille.

We were given an English menu with a "vegetarian" section, but the restaurant mistakenly believes that vegans also eat seafood. This is a common misconception in Korea. I ordered japchae rice without meat or shrimp, but it still had a little bit of minced meat in it. Additionally, they served me a small bowl of their jjambbong broth with two mussels in it. While they are attempting to accommodate, it is disappointing.

The staff at this restaurant are very flexible when it comes to accommodating special requests, such as no alliums in the dishes. They even prepared specially made dishes for me that were not listed on the menu. I ordered the mapo tofu rice set (although the sauce probably contained alliums) and a simple bowl of soup noodles that were made just for me. It may be helpful to know that the staff can speak Mandarin, which could make it easier to communicate your preferences if you also speak Mandarin.

I tried to order the Gan Jajiang but unfortunately it wasn't available in a vegan/vegetarian option. I ended up getting the japchae instead, which was quite tasty. The portion size was generous and it was only 9000 won. I also received some banchan, but I avoided the kimchi because I suspected it contained fish sauce. If you prefer a meat/fish-free version, be sure to request it when ordering the japchae. I placed my order in Korean, but they were able to communicate in English as well.
