I had the Tom yum soup with tofu, and it was really flavorful! But the portion was not very big, so if you’re really hungry I recommend ordering a side of rice. Also in Korea’s standards it was a tad pricey.
The restaurant staff is fluent in English. They tell us the vegan menu was developed collaboratively by the owner and the chef (who is Thai . We tried the Pad Thai and Pad See U. Both had a good mix of noodles, vegetables, and tofu. The restaurant is on a second floor with windows on three of four sides, making it bright. It's kept clean. My vegan friend and I are likely to become regulars. Would give 5 stars if it were allowed for a restaurant that isn't fully vegetarian. In Seoul, restaurants that understand what the word vegan means are few and far between, and only a handful in the city have vegan menus. (Nobody in Seoul is going to care that it's only 4 stars. We're desperate for good vegan options around here.
They have a few vegan options that are also clearly mentioned in their menu. most salads are vegan, pad thai and a few other dishes can be made vegan. I ordered the pineapple meat and the Thai green curry. eating was good, the restaurant is sweet and the staff was friendly.
The staff was helpful and even asked if we know that their Thai ice tea contains milk because we ordered vegan food. the food was tasteful and came quite fast.
