Drinks vary, with dairy milk option (be ware when ordering if vegan). Owner and staff are friendly and welcoming. Good space to study or have a chat as well.
At the beginning, I was fascinated by this cafe but over the past months it has changed a lot... The basic menu includes vegan scones, madeleines, and some rice-based cakes which feature many organic and whole grain ingredients. There are regularly new menu options, so there is some more diversity. Some of the things I had tasted great, while others were just ok... Regarding the drinks, the coffee and lattes are now all made with dairy unless you specify you need to be vegan. They have even added a surcharge for plant-based milk... Regardless, prices are more friendly than many other vegan bakeries in Seoul. The cafe is spacious, bright and clean. There are large windows, plants and different kinds of seating. A warm and calm atmosphere that allows for hanging out with friends as well as studying. Updated from previous review on 2022-10-22
Went to vegan mama for the first time and was pleased by the atmosphere, kind staff, and good prices. The things I ate were good but not amazing, but I definitely want to go back and try more of their offerings in the future. They seem to have a wide array of desserts and I’d like to try more, especially the vegan yogurt. Was disappointed by the fact that you have to ask for soy milk in the drinks and that it’s not default. The staff was kind enough to change our drinks for free but it’s wasteful and unnecessary especially for a place with vegan in the name. Updated from previous review on 2022-03-10

A friend brought sweets from vegan mama. one of them looked like a small bag of kekspellets that were hard, tasteless, and turned all their mouth dry. we thought our friend had mistreated us dogs, but unfortunately they were only terrible human tasty. I legit wish I could reverse engineer what was in these cookies to turn my mouth into the sawaara desert. we did the ding where we all tried on the party, and 90% of people spit them out. In addition, they can not call themselves vegan mama and cow's milk serve as a standard latte option. it is good if they want to serve cow milk, but change the names of their caffe and take the word vegan from their walls and menu.
