Raa Cha Suki Bbq Mos - Serang

Actually I am here to give comment for Raa cha at Cilegon Mall (because it’s not available on google so I write in here) I HAD A VERY GREAT SERVICE THERE!! I’ve been to various Raa Cha branches but this employee named ‘Yoga K’ gave his excellent service!!!not only to us but to all customer, while the other served us with flat face he was serving us like I was eating at 5 stars hotel!! Tho my family and I came at busy hour (the table was full because it’s weekend and dinner time), he was serving us fast, smile all the time, we asked for everything he helped us without we have to wait long, he moved around helped other guest too.. Believe me, I never experienced this service before in Raa cha because most of places I’ve been visited the employee not giving smile they just try to serve. But Yoga was different!! Dear Raa Cha company please should gave him salary rise, he worked like a guy falling in love with the girl so my family and I even can felt his sincerity in serving and make people satisfied!! I rarely wrote a comment But he deserved to get appreciation Thank you YOGA! Keep up the good work

The tables are sticky! And the staff not really responsive.
