Starbucks (petronas Equine Park Dt)

The starbucks i frequently visit. Taste is overall ok, but i didn't really like ice mocha prepared by them, so i stopped ordering ice mocha here (ice mocha is my fav tho).

One thing they should improve is the speaker quality type of music they play thru the speaker. The sound is terrible. it is kinda noisy and frustrating

The taste of the 1st brought freshly brew coffee was so so nice, although I have to wait 10min. the 3rd time, brought the same drink, the taste was totally different from the 1st and 2nd time, I noticed I just waited 1 to 2 min. for my freshly brew coffee. Today, the 4th time, totally diluted taste.

Night shift staff the one that handle my order at the POS System (girl with sweet face) very good in CS. was very helpful and i rate 5/5 for the services . Tq

The cashier is good in offering the current promotion available and it's worth the price. RM28 for 2, venti size, less ice. Shared among 4 kids.
