Stelaras is one of the best ways to eat Souvlaki in Northern Greece. It serves them in a traditional way, without a plate, only serve them in a piece of paper, onion and pommes (both optional, but very advised). His pork souvlaki is very good, his Sutzukaki is excellent, and you should try tzoumagia's sausage. As a bonus, its serving of Fritten is a double part.
