Nothing to talk or write. The ambience is more like a pub or a sports bar restaurant. The waiters are somewhat slow and sloppy, but I would also comment on the boss as they should be the one who informs the service staff of unavailable articles. When our ordered items were ordered after 20 minutes we were informed that they are not available. That was very sad experience. But a total of 3 stars for ambience and atmosphere. I would recommend it to friends for drinks and bar snacks.
Watching the World Cup football finale with my family at Angels restaurant was a fun and exciting experience. Many local families were also there enjoying dinner. The restaurant has a spacious non-air conditioned area, as well as a large air conditioned area with tables spread out to provide privacy. Additionally, there is a outdoor pool area with tables and a screen. The food was delicious, with authentic Goan flavors in every dish from starters to main courses. The shrimp, pork, and fish dishes were some of the best we've had in Goa. We can't wait to visit this place again.
If you are looking for Goan cuisine, avoid this place. We ordered the beef stew and pork chilly fry, but they were disappointing. The beef stew had a dark yellow gravy, unlike traditional Goan beef stew, and the pork in the chilly fry was terrible. The waiter only smiled when we asked for the bill.
We were at Angels Resort for three weeks. Every morning a delicious Indian buffet breakfast was waiting for us: and many times we had dinner at the Angels Restaurant and we always enjoyed it. Very friendly staff, fresh, good and delicious food inexpensive.
The buffet breakfast at this restaurant is affordably priced and offers a good variety of items on the menu. At just 200 rupees per person, it is excellent value for the money.
