Baker's Street - Serula

Okay, now for the 'but' part. There is a female employee who sleeps half the time. I have seen their drop products on the ground, and they also forgot my change, although they were not rushed in any way.

The staff at Bakerstraße are rude and the food is only average. They could use some training in customer service and their behavior. They should take a cue from nearby creamux, which offers yummier cakes and much better service.

I pre-ordered a cake for the following day, but when I called to confirm, the person who answered didn't know how to communicate properly. It was a terrible experience.

Beautiful delicious cakes and pastries and even to order... A regular visitor... I love their products. Gilroy is the man behind it. Great stuff must try...

Went here just for a coffee and was very disappointed. The cakes were also nothing exciting; actually we went in the evening and there was not much left hence did not have much of choice either. Did not enjoy the cafe in the sense of...its ambiance either.
