I went to the restaurant and had a pleasant time there. Nothing to complain about the food and staff at the top

Null. Zero zero. Poor reception. Haughty boss. Total lack of professionalism. Especially for such a place to be so haughty as if its hotel was one of the 7 wonders of the world. I don't recommend at all

What can I say… I was in a smoking room. It smelled very strongly of cigarettes, sheets with holes, dirty room. When I call to say that my room smells of cigarettes I am told that they have smoking rooms. Now, it's forbidden and I get hung up on the phone. Establishment to avoid!!!

Das Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und der Service war erstklassig!

Für ein paar Tage in der Westschweiz haben wir dieses Hotel ausgewählt. Die Zimmer waren okay. Für die Übernachtung und tägliche Dusche war alles ausreichend. Der Service war eher unterdurchschnittlich, da wir uns selber im benachbarten Restaurant um Klopapier Ersatz kümmern mussten.
