Very characteristic local, well kept and all treated in detail. very kind staff, the chef comes to the room to ask if you like his dishes. very varied and delicious menu. Nice view. dogs are very kind and cuddle. the right prices. All very high!

The Gasthof Waldruhe is our favorite restaurant in Südtirol. A charming atmosphere, beautiful location, friendly staff, and a very talented chef it's the perfect place to enjoy regional specialties. My wife and I make a point to visit here every time that we are in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the cozy Gasthof Waldrue. The owner is a regionally-renowned slow food chef who delights in meeting his customers and offers fantastic meals. The accommodations are simple and quite adequate. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you Stefan and Monika for such a delightful experience! We hope to return some day.

If you spend the sixth in the evening, as we did and look for a characteristic place, where to be welcomed very well and eat equally well, this is a place to reach. the dishes are really very good and the chef can be distinguished also for sympathy, since it is always about saying hello and checking if the dishes were appreciated. really positive experience.

This restaurant is really nice place for stay to delicious dinner with family or friends. Service is really kind and friendly and chef prepare excellent traditional dishes for you. We tried pasta, TRIS DI CANEDERLI, STINCO DI MAIALE and all of these food was great.
